What can you do to calm their fears and help them make a confident decision?
If your business solves a problem, what are they worried will happen if they don’t solve this problem?
Their Emotions
In this section we look to define their feelings, helping to create a brand that resonates with them on a personal level.
What aspects of their life are they unhappy with?
What emotions are running through them right now? What are their fears and worries related to their problem? What stresses them on the daily about this problem?
What would be their perfect solution to their problem (as it relates to your business)?
What would their day look like if the problem related to your services was solved?
What would be different in their life if their problem was solved? What would they move on to next if this problem was solved?
